Parent Documentation Requirements- 2026-27 Enrollment​
Parents must submit proof of student eligibility (residency and income documentation, If applicable) to the school office or email directly to hmohamed@cmsmkewi.us.
ALL documentations must be received before the close of the application period.

​For the May open application period, the deadline is Wednesday May 20, 2026.
